200g Rolled Oats
100ml Chocolate Oat Milk (you can use any milk that you'd like; this is just for that
2 very ripe Bananas
2 tablespoons Nut Butter
1 1/2 tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Salt
Butter or Coconut Oil for greasing the baking tin
- Preheat the oven to 180oC.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and mix together, alongside the other ingredients (except the butter/coconut oil).
- Line and grease an 8" inch square pan. Spoon in oat mixture.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then cut into bars, and store in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 5 days.
